We begin our service by spending some time with you to make sure all of your questions are answered. We will coach you on the various folding methods, and offer a few tips and tricks that will make cloth diapering more fun, effective and efficient.

With the first batch of diapers, we will deliver a start-up package that includes your diaper pail, covers, some diaper liners, and a few other goodies.

We deliver soft, clean cloth diapers to your door each week. Usage styles vary, but most families require somewhere between 40 and 100 diapers per week.

When changing your newborn baby's diaper, simply throw the dirty diaper in your lined pail. When baby starts on solid food, shake off any solids before placing in the pail (flushable diaper liners make this a breeze).

Pick-up

When we deliver a new batch of diapers, we pick up the 'dirties' that you have set out in your pail liner (no need to transfer diapers to another container- we will launder the pail liner -if you've chosen a reusable liner- and deliver clean diapers in a fresh pail liner). We take the diapers back to our facilities where diapers are washed and sanitized using a high-tech, environmentally-friendly process.
